Our AC units were messed up. Another company said it would be 2 weeks for parts and misdiagnosed 2 times. Sub Zero got it repaired the same day! Went and got the parts, made it work, all with a smile! It was a holiday weekend so they went out of their way, much appreciated!

They were quick to respond to my location and had my AC system repaired and running cool in no time. Strongly recommend them to anyone.

Big shout out to Sub Zero Heating and Air. We decided to change our air conditioning and heating system. Austin provided me with very detailed quotes for 2 brands and 6 products to allow me to choose. He is very honest and the price is pretty fair. A week after we finalized the contract, Austin and his teammates installed the new system for us, which normally takes 3 weeks for other companies in summer time. They did a great job and they were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs air and heating service!

Hands down the best HVAC team I’ve ever dealt with! Not only did they explain my options, but were very quick and on-time with our new system installation. Additionally, they assisted us with calibrating my new smart thermostat and helped me get everything connected to wifi. Stop searching for HVAC companies… call these guys.

Had a great first experience a few months ago and this second service call (for additional unrelated problem) was excellent as well!

Austin provided the best service we have ever received! He was professional, thorough and punctual. He answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable. He explained the issue and was out the very next day to replace our AC and Furnace. I will only use Sub Zero for any HVAC needs from now on.
